Cancellation Policy:
All exhibit registrations must be paid in full before conference start date. Any not paid in full will be cancelled. Exhibit registrations cancelled prior to April 12 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered after April 11. Grand Hyatt Vail Hotel Reservations:
Rooms are available at a special group rate of $179 per night. Resort fee is waived. Self parking is $10 per night and nightly valet parking is $25 per night. Reservations can be made here.
