LeadingAge Colorado Workforce Center for Employees and Job SeekersNew Resource for Residential Care Facilities and Job Seekers
HCPF has launched ConnectToCareJobs.com, a new website to help prevent health care workforce shortages in Colorado, during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) public health emergency and beyond. Focused entirely on health care, ConnectToCareJobs.com quickly connects residential care facilities and providers with health care professionals seeking employment. The website allows job seekers to create a profile identifying their professional skills and experience; health care professionals with skills appropriate for a residential care facility environment are invited to visit the website now to create an account. HCPF has also invited licensed residential care facilities to create an account through the website, select open positions they are hiring for, and be matched with job seekers that fit their hiring needs. 40-Hour Online Assisted Living Administrator Training ProgramAll Colorado assisted living administrators must meet minimum assisted living requirements for education, training and experience, as set forth in the state licensing regulations governing Assisted Living Residences.
